Orders are typically processed and shipped Tuesday through Friday (the days our shipping team is in Angola). Shipping timelines may vary depending on:
  • Product availability
  • Ingredient or packaging restocks
  • Order volume during sales or holiday seasons

While we do our best to fulfill all orders promptly, there may be occasional delays if certain ingredients or containers take longer to arrive. If this occurs, we will always reach out to update you on the status of your order and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

Return Policy

At Joppa Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our skincare and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • Items must be in new, unused condition
  • Must be returned within 10 days of purchase
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
